Applications are invited from qualified accountants (ideally ACA) with significant post-qualification experience in a high-growth, acquisitive or private equity-backed business. You will naturally need strong technical accounting expertise, including IFRS and Group consolidations within complex multi-entity structures. This will help with integrating acquisitions and being closely involved in finance systems transformation programmes. You will need excellent communication, team and stakeholder management skills, in addition to a strong sense of commercial flair that is in the DNA of this highly entrepreneurial organisation. This is a super opportunity for a hands-on Controller to gain a really broad suite of skills in a group that is large and complex enough to be challenging but small enough to offer plenty of exposure to the Board, systems and commercial activities outside head office.
