Ambitious, Global Advertising and Production group are looking for a proven Head of Finance Transformation to lead and deliver a globally coordinated, multi-year transformation agenda across Finance systems, architecture, and operating models. This role is purely transformation and delivery-focused (100% non-BAU).

The Head of Finance Transformation will act as the strategic implementation lead, partnering intimately with the Head of Finance Systems to coordinate seamless operational hand-offs, training, and transition frameworks as projects move from hyper-care deployment into standard Business-As-Usual (BAU) support environments. This is an urgent hire so could also be considered on a contract or contract-perm basis.

The role - key responsibilities:

  • Finance Transformation Systems Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the delivery of the Group's global ERP consolidation and Professional Services Automation (PSA) roadmap, centred around the deployment of NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro (SPP).
  • Drive global compliance and standardization for time-tracking, utilization metrics, and resource allocation frameworks across all regional entities to ensure auditable labor capitalization.
  • Deliver global transformation programs including:
    • Global ERP optimization and consolidation (collapsing legacy, fragmented regional finance systems into a unified global template).
    • Global Payroll Transformation (vendor selection and implementation).
  • Ensure rigorous end-to-end delivery from initial architecture scoping through to technical change adoption.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and GRC teams to guarantee that all newly deployed workflows feature bulletproof internal controls, proper Segregation of Duties (SoD), and fully satisfy public company compliance parameters (SOX / Provision 29).
  • Lead the technical implementation of a global Finance Target Operating Model.
  • Align Finance platforms tightly with broader corporate business objectives and global IT infrastructure transformation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across Finance, global IT, and regional business leadership.
  • Navigate and manage resistance in a highly decentralized, complex, and fast-paced creative environment.
  • Drive platform adoption through highly structured corporate communication and regional training engagement strategies.
  • Lead a dedicated, high-performance Global transformation team, including Project Managers, Communications Managers, and Finance Transformation Managers.

Candidate Profile - Experience & Technical Scope:

  • ERP / PSA Expertise: Proven track record leading end-to-end, global Finance Transformation strategies, specifically featuring large-scale implementations or consolidations - ideally within the NetSuite / SuiteProjects Pro (SPP) or equivalent enterprise PSA ecosystem.
  • Professional Services Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of a project-based, billable business model. Must understand how operational metrics (timesheets, utilization rates) interact with financial reporting and revenue recognition.
  • Public Company Governance: Direct experience implementing financial systems within a strict public company environment (SOX compliance and internal controls validation).
  • Global Delivery: Strong transformation footprint across multiple international regions and geographies. Exposure to shared services migration tracks and process standardisation.
  • Ambiguity & Scale: Proven resilience in high-growth, matrixed, or scale-up organizations where governance frameworks are actively being matured. Media, advertising, or tech-consulting industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptionally strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, pragmatic, and highly technical delivery-focused mindset.
