We're looking for a Fractional Finance Director/Consultant to lead the structural, operational and commercial set-up of a scaling production company as they spin out from their parent group structure.
The goal is to leave the business with not just a clear financial picture and a refined commercial strategy, but with the systems, frameworks, and confidence to operate and grow the business effectively and independently.
A deep experience of production, whether from in-house production or a production company is a non-negotiable.
This is a fractional 6 month contract circa 3 days a week, with a hybrid working model in Central London offices.
Fractional Finance Consultant - Responsibilities Entity Structural Set-up & Group Integration Lead the structural establishment of the business as a financially independent entity for the new financial year Oversee the setup of dedicated banking, payroll recharges, and intercompany loan structures with the parent company Establish a seamless link between production estimates and the main agency’s financial systems to ensure data integrity without manual re-entry.
