We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a leading and critically acclaimed entertainment business. Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for all management, commercial and financial governance of a hugely successful business division.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Deliver sharp financial analysis to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive efficient month-end and year-end close processes
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to drive commercial decision making
- Strategic planning and forecasting - leading the annual budget, monitoring performance and providing proactive insights
- Team leadership and development
- Identify and champion opportunities for finance process automation and efficiency
- Execute ad-hoc financial projects and critical analyses for senior management
Requirements
- Ideally qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Experience working for a fast paced business that has a high volume of transactions
- Experience in the media, production or music industries is beneficial
- Commercially focused and good at developing relationships with stakeholders
- An Excel whizz
- Proactive and solutions oriented
