Manicomio Restaurant Group is again expanding and will be opening a stylish new Italian restaurant in the heart of the city, close to Fenchurch Street, in July 2025. Located within an elegant Grade II listed building forming part of a 90,000 sq/m brand new development, this exciting newcomer is destined to be the top destination in the city.

While continuing the company ethos and reputation of delivering excellence in Italian food, wine and service across all our sites, we will be taking this to the next level. This is a truly wonderful and rare opportunity for a professional, energetic and enthusiastic General Manager to become part of, and contribute to, the Manicomio Group success story.

Candidates should have:

  • A proven operator from quality restaurants, whether in the UK or overseas
  • An eye for quality and detail
  • Passion for delivering the ultimate guest experience and know how to exceed expectations
  • Masses of charm, warmth and a natural demeanour
  • Operational strength with the ability to lead and train from the front
  • Commercial and financial awareness, the ability to manage costs and drive sales
  • Wines knowledge - intermediate or higher training an advantage
  • Experience with new openings is an advantage but not essential
