Manicomio Restaurant Group is again expanding and will be opening a stylish new Italian restaurant in the heart of the city, close to Fenchurch Street, in July 2025. Located within an elegant Grade II listed building forming part of a 90,000 sq/m brand new development, this exciting newcomer is destined to be the top destination in the city.

Candidates interested in the role of Bar Manager should have:
- Previous bar management experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding drinks.
