We are looking for an organised, creative and commercially aware candidate to support the planning, delivery and reporting of influencer and organic social media campaigns. This role will manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, while also coordinating influencer outreach, relationship management, content approvals and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social trends, creator partnerships and performance reporting, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging organic social media content across key platforms.
- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns from brief to completion.
- Identify, approach and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and partners.
- Coordinate influencer briefs, contracts, content deadlines, approvals and campaign deliverables.
- Negotiate fees, manage campaign budgets and ensure value for money across partnerships.
- Review influencer and social content to ensure brand alignment, quality and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, ROI and audience growth.
- Prepare clear reports and insights to improve future campaign activity.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages and audience interactions.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, influencer best practice and industry developments.
- Support meetings, presentations, events, networking activity and wider marketing campaigns where required.
- Ensure all influencer activity follows relevant disclosure, advertising and compliance guidelines.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media or a similar marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Experience planning and delivering influencer or social media campaigns.

- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
