Camp Grace is seeking a creative and mission-driven Videographer & Photographer to help capture the life-changing moments happening every day on camp. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow as a visual storyteller while building a meaningful and diverse portfolio rooted in purpose.
At Camp Grace, you won’t just take photos—you’ll tell stories of hope, joy, transformation, and belonging. From summer camp energy to quiet, impactful moments, your work will help share the heart of what God is doing in the lives of campers and families.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-quality photos and video of camp life, including programs, events, staff, and camper experiences
- Document authentic moments that reflect joy, growth, connection, and transformation
- Edit and produce engaging content for social media, website, fundraising, and storytelling initiatives
- Conduct and capture interviews/testimonials with campers, staff, and families
- Collaborate with the Camp Grace team to identify and develop meaningful stories
- Assist in creating highlight videos, recap films, and short-form content
- Organize and maintain a digital media library
- A diverse and powerful portfolio featuring real-life storytelling (events, interviews, documentary-style content)
- Hands-on experience in nonprofit and ministry-based communications
- Opportunities to lead creative projects from concept to completion
- Mentorship and feedback to grow your technical and storytelling skills
- A deeper understanding of how storytelling impacts fundraising, community engagement, and ministry
- Passion for storytelling and a heart for people
- Interest in photography, videography, and/or content creation
