Join our fantastic team at Camp Beaumont this Summer Holidays as an Early Years Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring experiences for our youngest campers. You’ll work closely with the camp leadership team to deliver high-quality early years provision, ensuring every child feels happy, supported, and excited to learn through play. This is also a brand new team, so you’ll be part of something fresh, exciting, and full of opportunity from the very start!
About the role:As an Early Years Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for our Early Years age groups, while supporting and guiding staff to maintain outstanding standards of care and learning. Your role will include:
- Leading and coordinating the Early Years provision on camp
- Planning and delivering fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities
- Supporting practitioners and Group Leaders working within Early Years
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Promoting children’s confidence, independence, and social development
- Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and well-being standards are always met
Activities may include creative play, movement, storytelling, arts.
