About the role: As a Camp Beaumont Camp Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will be the leader that everyone looks to for motivation, support and direction. Your role includes providing guidance, ensuring the well-being of all camp members, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional day-camp programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily camp operations and activities for children aged 3–14.
- Motivate and supervise a small team of staff.
- Communicate with parents and work closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and lead in health offered as part of training.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/QTLS/PGCE), or studying toward a relevant qualification.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
