Overview
Camp Beaumont is on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Manager to help us deliver unforgettable experiences across our UK holiday camps. Reporting to the Operations Director, you\βll be at the heart of ensuring our camps run smoothly, safely, and profitably β from managing operations and leading teams, to enhancing customer satisfaction and overseeing budgets.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple camp operations to ensure exceptional quality and safety
- Leading and supporting Camp Managers and seasonal teams
- Driving efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
- Liaising with host schools and stakeholders
- Responding to feedback and driving continuous improvement
- Lead and deliver a variety of engaging sports and craft activities
Qualifications & Experience
- A passion for creating positive, fun, and safe environments for young people
- Experience in operations or leisure/hospitality/childcare management (however we are open to taking you on a journey)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and budget management experience (you don\\\βt need to be an accountant!!)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
