Join our activity team at Camp Beaumont to play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable, award‑winning experiences for children. You will be part of a team delivering exceptional day camp programs and monitoring the well‑being of all our young camp members.

About the role

You will be responsible for the safety of children aged 5 and over and staff using the swimming pool at a multi‑activity day camp for 3 to 14‑year‑olds during summer and school holiday weekdays, enforcing the swimming pool code of conduct rigorously to ensure safe swim sessions.

Additional opportunities: you can join our Group Leaders with additional activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and so much more.

Qualifications

  • Over 18 years old
  • Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have experience
  • Available to work during the School Holidays
  • Be a UK/EU citizen with 2 × right to work ID’s
  • Have initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)
