Camp Beaumont is seeking a hands-on Camp Management Team Member to help run our busy holiday camps during school breaks. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safety and a positive environment for children, and support staff across the camp.
As part of the Management team you will be the on-site safeguarding lead, manage performance, build relationships with parents and schools, and report to the Operations Team. Our camps run across London and the Home Counties.
