Camp Management Teams required throughout Surrey & Fleet! Join our management team at Camp Beaumont for Easter and the Summer holidays. You will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable, award-winning experiences for children. You will be at the heart of our operations, guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programmes and ensuring the well-being of all our young camp members.
About the role:
- Taking on the role of either a Deputy Camp Manager or a Camp Manager with our Management Teams, you will have overall responsibility for a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
- You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing teams within any previous job role.
- Our camps vary in daily numbers so you will be kept busy supporting the team delivering activities, providing feedback to the families and an overall duty of care for all children attending.
- We're looking for members of the management team who are willing to get stuck in and involved with all the fun-filled activities we have to offer!
- The ability to communicate is essential in this position as you will often interact with parents and work closely with the Area Manager and other departments.

- Greenfield School - GU22 8HY
- RGS Guildford - GU1 2EL
- Reigate St. Mary's Prep School - RH2 7RN (Please ensure you can travel to this location during the Easter/Summer school holidays.)
About you:
- Over 18 years old
- Available to work during the school holidays
- A UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID’s
- Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a team
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
- Passionate about working with children
- Willingness to support staff development through observations and constructive feedback
- Have initiative and the ability to work independently
- High level of safeguarding awareness
- Paediatric first aid is desirable or this is offered as part of our training
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/QTLS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant childcare qualification is essential for the role of Camp Manager.
- Able to commute to any of the above sites
- Required to attend a paid 2-day management training course held in Central London prior to working your first camp (14th-15th March 2026 for Easter, 27th-28th June 2026 for Summer).
