About the Role
As Fractional Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy across Camp Beaumont UK & Asia, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimise the current marketing structure, processes, and performance
- Define and implement a marketing operating model aligned with business objectives
- Set clear KPIs, reporting frameworks, and accountability across the marketing function
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and recruitment teams to align marketing activity with wider business goals
- Identify and execute quick‑win revenue opportunities for Summer 2026
- Work closely with Google Ads and Meta agency partners to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Oversee digital marketing activity across PPC, SEO, CRM, email, social media, website, and content marketing
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, conversion journeys, and overall digital performance through data‑led marketing, CRO, analytics, and UX optimisation
- Lead and develop a distributed marketing team, providing hands‑on support while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage external agencies and marketing partners to maximise effectiveness and performance
- Lead key campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives, including support for new product, programme, and location launches
- Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, tone of voice, and customer experience across all touchpoints
- Strengthen CRM, database segmentation, and reporting capabilities
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns to attract seasonal staff
- Help prepare the organisation for a successful and scalable 2027 trading season while supporting long‑term growth and brand development

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- A proactive, commercially minded, and hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving ability

- A results‑driven mindset with accountability and ownership
Experience within travel, leisure, education, hospitality, or seasonal businesses would be advantageous.
