Early Years Level 3 – October Half‑Term (27th – 31st October)

Join our activity team at Camp Beaumont to create unforgettable, award‑winning experiences for children. You will deliver exceptional day‑camp programmes and monitor the well‑being of all young members.

About the Role

Supporting the Early Years Coordinator, you will lead play‑time group activities for a multi‑activity day camp for 3‑to‑14‑year‑olds during school‑holiday weekdays. Your responsibilities include organising engaging games, assisting with a variety of activities, and ensuring the children’s safety and enjoyment. Activities may include archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 17 years old or over
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant qualification
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with two right‑to‑work IDs
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for working with children
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Aware of safeguarding practices (training provided)
