Join our fantastic team at Camp Beaumont this Easter Holidays as an Early Years Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring experiences for our youngest campers. If you’re passionate about early childhood development and love delivering fun, meaningful activities, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact during the school holidays.
You’ll work closely with the camp leadership team to deliver high-quality early years provision, ensuring every child feels happy, supported, and excited to learn through play.

About the role
As an Early Years Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for our Early Years age groups, while supporting and guiding staff to maintain outstanding standards of care and learning.
Your role will include:
- Leading and coordinating the Early Years provision on camp
- Planning and delivering fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities
- Supporting practitioners and Group Leaders working within Early Years
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Promoting children’s confidence, independence, and social development
- Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and well-being standards are always met
Activities may include creative play, movement, storytelling, arts & crafts, outdoor exploration, and much more.
About you (Essential Requirements)
You’ll be a positive role model with a genuine passion for early childhood education. You must be:
- 17 years old or over
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS / PGCE) or be studying towards a relevant childcare qualification
- Available to work during the school holidays
- A UK/EU citizen with 2 x right-to-work IDs
- Full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Passionate about working with children
- Confident using initiative and working independently
- Aware of safeguarding children (full training provided)

- Previous camp experience
- Paediatric First Aid
