Camp Beaumont’s Marsh Farm park is seeking an experienced Operations & Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, safety, and guest experience. You’ll report to the General Manager and be on the floor driving teams, solving problems and delivering high standards across the site.
You will oversee facilities, maintenance, Health & Safety, events and team performance while working with managers to maintain consistently high standards and operational efficiency.
