Camp Beaumont is seeking an experienced on-site Management Team Member for Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Farm during school holidays. You will lead day-to-day camp operations, ensure safety and smooth running, and act as safeguarding lead as required.
You will build strong relationships with parents, staff and schools, manage performance, handle staffing changes, and report to the Operations Team. Level 3 childcare or studying toward it is required; 18+ and right to work in the UK are essential.
