Join our management team at Camp Beaumont for the Summer holidays. You will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable, award‑winning experiences for children, guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programmes and ensuring the well‑being of all young camp members.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for a multi‑activity day camp for 3 to 14‑year‑olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
- Lead and motivate the camp staff, providing support, direction and training.
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and safeguarding across all activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, the Area Manager and other departments.
- Plan and supervise daily programme schedules, activities and breaks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Over 21 years old.
- Available to work during school holidays.
- Must hold compulsory mandatory right to work for the UK/EU and have two valid ID cards.
- Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team.
- High level of safeguarding awareness; paediatric first aid desirable or offered as part of training.
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/QTLS/PGCE) or currently studying towards a relevant childcare qualification.
- Energy, enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for working with children.
Camp Location
Latymer School – King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9LR (please ensure you can travel there during summer school holidays).
