As a Camp Beaumont Deputy Camp Manager, you will support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for 3 to14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
Providing essential support to the Camp Manager, you ensure staff members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional and fun experiences for the children. Working with the management team, you contribute to the overall success of our camps, leaving a positive impact on young campers’ lives and creating cherished, lasting memories.
The ability to communicate is essential in this position as you will often interact with parents and work closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
Over 18 years old
Available to work during the school holidays
A UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID’s
Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
Possess bags of energy and enthusiasm
Passionate about working with children
Have initiative and the ability to work independently
High level of safeguarding awareness
Paediatric first aid is desirable as we offer this as part of our training
A level 3 childcare qualification / PGCE is desirable
