Early Years Coordinator – Easter Holidays!

Join our fantastic team at Camp Beaumont this Easter Holidays as an Early Years Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring experiences for our youngest campers. If you’re passionate about early childhood development and love delivering fun, meaningful activities, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact during the school holidays. You’ll work closely with the camp leadership team to deliver high-quality early years provision, ensuring every child feels happy, supported, and excited to learn through play.
Camp Locations:
We are recruiting for the following locations: Caterham School Wildcats – CR3 6YB; Croydon High School for Girls – CR2 8YB. (Please ensure you can travel to one of these locations during the Easter school holidays.)
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating the Early Years provision on camp
- Planning and delivering fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities
- Supporting practitioners and Group Leaders working within Early Years
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Promoting children’s confidence, independence, and social development
- Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and well-being standards are always met
- Activities may include creative play, movement, storytelling, arts & crafts, outdoor exploration, and much more
About you (Essential Requirements)
- You’ll be a positive role model with a genuine passion for early childhood education. You must be:
- 17 years old or over
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS / PGCE) or be studying towards a relevant childcare qualification
- Available to work during the school holidays
- A UK/EU citizen with 2 x right-to-work IDs
- Full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Passionate about working with children
- Confident using initiative and working independently
- Aware of safeguarding children (full training provided)

- Previous camp experience
- Paediatric First Aid

Pay & Requirements
- £13.20 per hour
- You must have the legal right to live and work in the UK
