You’ll work closely with the camp leadership team to deliver high-quality early years provision, ensuring every child feels happy, supported, and excited to learn through play.
Camp Location : Claremont Fan Court School - Claremont Dr, Esher KT10 9LY About the role : As an Early Years Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for our Early Years age groups, while supporting and guiding staff to maintain outstanding standards of care and learning.
Your role will include: Leading and coordinating the Early Years provision on camp Planning and delivering fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities Supporting practitioners and Group Leaders working within Early Years Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment Promoting children’s confidence, independence, and social development Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and well‑being standards are always met Activities may include creative play, movement, storytelling, arts
