Can you create designs that make parents stop scrolling? We're looking for a talented, creative Designer to help bring some of our biggest childcare brands to life - Camp Beaumont, Camp Beaumont Asia and Twizzle Tops Nurseries. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Head of Digital, turning briefs into design work that looks great and genuinely connects with parents and families. This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who's found their craft and wants to sharpen it - someone curious about why certain designs work, not just how to make things look good.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating assets for paid social and display campaigns (working to briefs and specs provided)
- Designing email templates and newsletter content
- Producing banners, leaflets, brochures and other printed materials
- Supporting website content updates with on-brand imagery and layouts
- Taking a brief from concept through to finished, polished artwork
- Keeping our brands consistent across every channel and format
Your main focus will be our childcare brands, though you may occasionally support other businesses across the wider Fabadousa Group. There's real variety here - digital, print, campaign, brand - so you won't be doing the same thing.
Who we're looking for:
You don't need years of experience - you need a strong eye, a genuine interest in your craft, and the drive to keep improving. You should have:
- A solid portfolio showing strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, composition)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- An understanding of how design differs across channels - a social ad, an email header, and a print brochure all need to work differently
- A good eye for detail and consistency with brand guidelines
- The ability to take feedback well and turn it around quickly
- Genuine curiosity about what makes marketing and design effective - not just aesthetically, but in getting a response
- Confidence managing your own workload and deadlines on a handful of projects at once
Even better if you have:
- Some experience or interest in motion graphics or simple animation
- Basic video editing skills
- An interest in front-end/web (HTML & CSS)
- Experience designing for more than one brand
- Exposure to how paid or performance marketing creative differs from brand creative
You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Creative, with a strong design instinct
- Eager to learn and develop
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Open to feedback and keen to keep improving your craft
- Curious about why certain designs perform better than others
- Someone who brings energy and ideas, not just execution
