About the role: The Early Years Manager will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, ensuring all the needs of the children in our care are met. The Manager will represent Camp Beaumont during Ofsted visits. Working as part of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for delivering an ‘outstanding’ early years programme to the 3’s and 4-year-olds in our care. Our team are fully involved in planning and delivering a fantastic programme that falls in line with Ofsted’s Early Years Foundation Stage.
