The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This is a key role supporting the team on site, as a highly organised and professional front-of-house ambassador ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception, administration, and site coordination. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, maintaining a welcoming yet secure environment while supporting a range of operational and administrative functions.

And what will you do?

  • Reception & Front of House greeting and manage all visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Coordinate with security to manage site access, visitor logs, and compliance procedures as well as provide refreshments for visitors and meetings.
  • Organise visitor (PPE), ensuring availability and compliance.
  • Provide some administrative support to the Managing Director as well as assist the Senior Leadership Team with coordination tasks.
  • Organise and maintain meeting rooms including setup when needed.
  • Support with SLT travel including transport and accommodation.
  • Oversee some of the internal communications such as notices, announcements, and updates.

And what are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or office coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable, and proactive attitude.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with health & safety or industrial environments would be good but we can teach you that.
  • IT and reporting skills as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the business whether verbal or written.
  • A full UK Driving Licence will be useful due to the size of the facility.
