Human Resources Manager Cammell Laird This is a key HR role supporting leadership and managing day to day HR operations for our large Birkenhead based workforce of between 600 and 1000 employees. Reporting to the HR Director you will lead a small team of HR professionals working closely with department heads and employees across the facility to ensure effective engagement compliance and performance. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the facility where your efforts will be visible. So who are we? Known across the globe at our Birkenhead facility, on the banks of the River Mersey we expand across 130 acres which includes four dry docks, a large modular construction hall and extensive covered workshops.
