Our client is currently recruiting for a Yard Labourer / Forklift Driver. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis ROLE The main purpose of the role will be to unload, segregate, and store incoming waste. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Competently operate a 3.5T counterbalance Forklift Truck * Loading and unloading of Waste. * Manual Bulking and sorting of waste * Housekeeping activities including sweeping and collecting litter * To liaise with Site Chemist ensuring that Hazardous Waste is correctly identified labelled and segregated correctly. * Packaging, and preparation of Waste Load. * Ensure vehicles, plant and equipment are properly maintained/serviced with all required checks carried out. * Liaise with Chemist to ensure accurate completion of all paperwork ie Incoming Verification Forms REQUIREMENTS: * Full driving licence * Forklift experience * Dangerous Good Transport Experience (not essential as training would be provided) * Chemical Awareness Training * Ability to work in a health and safety driven environment Please appky now
