Our client, a long established law firm and estate agency are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate to join their team on a permanent (staff basis).
ROLE
- We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Solicitor / Associate to work as part of our Commercial Property Rural Team, based either at our Head Office in Aberdeen or, by agreement, at one of our branch offices across the North-east.
- This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing the rural and agricultural communities of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
- We require a candidate with experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, but with a focus on rural and agricultural work.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 Years plus previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor essential.
- All applicants must be qualified in Scots Law.
- The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to prioritise workload.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
