Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Stores Person. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis. ROLE: Responsible for assisting with all Stores duties in a timely and safe manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to company QHSE policies and procedures Pickup and delivery of equipment/spares in company truck Forklift duties Loading and strapping CCU’s Inspect physical condition of forklifts/racking and lifting gear Ensure accurate traceability of all material Assist in the control, track, update location of Asset owned Rental equipment Receiving, storing and shipping goods Follow material flow process to Customers & Vendors Ensure all material is bagged and tagged correctly Ensure accurate traceability of all material Cover when required for Inventory & Certification Support Coordinator/Stores Person Adhere to all company policies and procedures. To carry out other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: No formal qualifications required Working experience of similar job role Must have good communication skills Must have proven organisational skills Must have general computer skills Forklift experience along with B1, B3 and P1 certificates Collection and delivery driving experience
