Cammach is currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant – Accounts Payable. Based in Aberdeen, this role is permanent and full-time, offering hybrid working.
Role
The Assistant Accountant – AP will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and ensuring they are approved according to the company’s authority matrix.
Responsibilities
- Scan all purchase invoices into the scanning system.
- Match invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) or distribute for approval as appropriate.
- Track invoices to ensure payments are made in accordance with company terms and conditions.
- Reconcile vendor statements with company records to ensure accurate recording of costs.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding any disputed invoices.
