Cammach is currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant – Accounts Payable. Based in Aberdeen, this role is permanent and full-time, offering hybrid working.

Role

The Assistant Accountant – AP will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and ensuring they are approved according to the company’s authority matrix.

Responsibilities

  1. Scan all purchase invoices into the scanning system.
  2. Match invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) or distribute for approval as appropriate.
  3. Track invoices to ensure payments are made in accordance with company terms and conditions.
  4. Reconcile vendor statements with company records to ensure accurate recording of costs.
  5. Liaise with suppliers regarding any disputed invoices.
