Our client, a leading global provider of specialist offshore containers and integrated services is currently seeking a Wash Bay Operative to join their Aberdeen team on a permanent (staff) basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out return inspection of transportable tank frames, vessels and associated valves and fittings and to raise associated reports.
  • Remove couplings and tag them to be returned back to customers.
  • Undertake cleaning of tank frames, vessels and associated valves and fittings.
  • Comply with all Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures.
  • Using the handheld to record when withdrawing items from the Tank Stores.
  • Using the handheld to complete the appropriate work orders to move the tank to the next location.
  • Undertaking all duties in accordance with Company Procedures, Work Instructions and Single Point Lessons to ensure their own safety and the safety of their colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Working at height (preferred but training can be provided)
  • Confined space entry (preferred but training can be provided)
  • COSHH Awareness.
  • Yard work experience
  • Good mechanical awareness
