Our client, based in Aberdeen, is currently seeking a Part-Time Commercial Administrator to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract, working 25–30 hours per week, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

ROLE: To provide administrative support across contracts through the effective delivery of processes and procedures. Support the commercial team with timewriting variations, WBS structures, and general cost administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Commercial team in the development and delivery of commercial administrative processes and procedures.
  • Complete monthly and periodic invoice checking and assignment activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and maintain personnel assignment authorisation forms and contract-related registers as required.
  • Interface with customer portals and systems to support contract administration activities.
  • Provide administrative support to contract owners on ad hoc projects and activities as required.
  • Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role.
  • Ensure that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
