Cammach is currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner - Payroll on behalf of our Aberdeen based client. This is a contract opportunity offering the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

ROLE

• As Payroll HR Business Partner, you will act as the key payroll subject matter expert, overseeing the delivery of an accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll service through our managed payroll provider. You will ensure all statutory payroll reporting requirements are met, including RTI submissions, year-end activities, P11D reporting, and pension-related data reporting.
• Working closely with HR, Finance, employees, and external providers, you will provide guidance and support on payroll, taxation, pension, and salary-related matters, ensuring compliance with legislation while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
• The role also plays a key part in driving continuous improvement and maintaining robust payroll processes and controls

RESPONSIBILITIES

General:

• Deliver a full‐cycle employee payroll processing for multiple locations in the UK, including employee deductions in line with the different company policies, contractual terms and legislative compliance.
