The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the Trades & Construction market to support both onshore and offshore recruitment activities within the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing candidate networks, supporting existing client accounts, and contributing to the continued growth of Cammach's Trades & Construction division.

Working closely with the wider recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and mobilising skilled personnel, whilst building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, attract and engage skilled trades and construction personnel for both onshore and offshore assignments.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates across disciplines including mechanical, electrical, fabrication, welding, commissioning, construction and maintenance trades.
  • Manage candidate registrations, interviews, compliance checks and onboarding processes.
  • Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms and utilise proactive recruitment techniques to identify and engage talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within Voyager Infinity and associated recruitment systems.
  • Support mobilisation activities including travel arrangements, certification verification and client specific compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, contractors and clients.
  • Support existing client accounts by identifying suitable personnel and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Assist with business development activities including market mapping, lead generation and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new services and expand existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate rates and support the commercial delivery of recruitment assignments.
  • Provide market intelligence relating to candidate availability, salary expectations, contractor rates and competitor activity.
  • Support the delivery of recruitment solutions across key accounts, framework agreements and project mobilisation requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous recruitment experience within Trades & Construction, Industrial, Engineering, Energy or a related sector.
  • A strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction or Industrial markets.
  • Experience sourcing and placing skilled and semi skilled trades personnel.
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, resilient and self motivated approach.
  • Experience using recruitment databases, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards.
  • A full UK driving licence.
