Cammach is currently recruiting an OPO Services Administrator for an immediate start. This Aberdeen-based role is offered on a contract basis for approximately 12 weeks and will be fully office-based.

Work Pattern: 35 hour week (Mon-Fri)

ROLE

As OPO Services Administrator you will be responsible for providing proactive business services support and coordination within Offshore People Operations. Additionally, you will conduct offshore administrative duties, including the preparation of letters (company letters, probationary, long service awards, etc.) and interface with offshore employment company on contractual matters as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focal point for offshore people on all contractual, pay related and general queries.
  • Coordinate OPO internal mailbox, delivering an excellent level of operational service.
  • Preparation of all contractual documents on behalf of offshore employer, including joiners, leavers, promotions, contract variations.
  • Assist with offshore payroll activities, including provision of accurate monthly instructions to payroll provider.
  • Process offshore worker’s expense claims adhering to internal deadlines.
  • Preparation of diving saturation hours and offshore contract days reporting for payroll purposes.
  • Record and maintain offshore people data in offshore people systems.
  • Coordinate offshore people leave requests (absence, holidays, compassionate, etc.).
  • Benefit administration (private medical care, expressions of wishes, pension contributions).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in the Energy sector working effectively in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.
  • Offshore payroll/tax and Offshore employment company model awareness.
  • Proficiency in a variety of packages including MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and HR Info Systems (HRIS).
  • High level of customer service skills, with a helpful flexible attitude.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Ability to work as part of a team & using own initiative with focus on delivery.
