Cammach is currently recruiting for an ROV Workshop Electrical Technician on behalf of our Aberdeen-based client for a 12-month contract. This position has the potential to become a staff role in the future.
Details:
- Agency Worker / PAYE
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out electrical maintenance on ROV and equipment systems (ROV, TMS, Winch, HPU, A-Frame etc.) in accordance with company procedures and direction of Workshop Manager and Lead Workshop Electrician.
- Gain knowledge and experience on ROV and equipment to assist in carrying out electrical maintenance.
- Assist in carrying out maintenance, repair and upgrade activities related to the workshop electrical systems.
- Become familiar with and maintain awareness of the company’s current requirements, protocols, policies, and the latest industry codes and standards including statutory rules and regulations.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with company policy on health, safety, quality, and environmental matters in accordance with company specific procedures.
Experience:
- Proven experience with electrical activities in a similar workshop environment.
- Industry training in electrical disciplines, and time-served.
Additional Information:
- Pre and post-employment medical assessments will be required for all workshop personnel.
