Our client, based in Aberdeen, is currently seeking a Part-Time Commercial Administrator to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract, working 25–30 hours per week, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
ROLE: To provide administrative support across contracts through the effective delivery of processes and procedures. Support the commercial team with timewriting variations, WBS structures, and general cost administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Commercial team in the development and delivery of commercial administrative processes and procedures.
- Complete monthly and periodic invoice checking and assignment activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and maintain personnel assignment authorisation forms and contract-related registers as required.
- Interface with customer portals and systems to support contract administration activities.
- Provide administrative support to contract owners on ad hoc projects and activities as required.
- Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role.
- Ensure that all work is conducted safely and in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Formal Administration qualification (desirable)
- Strong commercial and contract acumen (essential).
- Knowledge of working in the Energy Sector (desirable).
- Experience of using financial systems (desirable).
Skills & Experience
- Ability and commitment to complete tasks within set deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude (essential).
- Proven experience of working in a Commercial role supporting businesses across multiple entities and service lines, including the administration of intercompany trading (desirable).
- Excellent administrative skills (essential).
