Camlins is seeking an experienced ecologist to establish and lead our new ecology department within a landscape architecture practice. You will shape services, recruit and mentor a small team, and integrate ecological thinking into project design from the outset.
Initially hands-on with surveys, assessments and project management, you will set technical standards, oversee budgets and client relations, and guide growth of the department in collaboration with directors.
