Camlins is seeking an experienced ecologist to establish and lead a new ecology department within our employee-owned landscape practice. You will shape the service, recruit and mentor a team, and integrate ecological thinking into landscape projects from the outset.
You will combine hands-on surveys and project management with service development, growing the team and setting technical standards you can be proud of. Travel to sites will be required.
