This role is essential in driving the success of complex product development initiatives—from concept through to launch—while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our teams and our customers, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, design, operations) to ensure smooth execution across all phases, including requirement capture, concept development, prototyping, validation, and operational readiness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITUES:
- Lead the end-to-end management of NPI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Drive effective decision-making and project planning using recognized project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Manage hardware and software workstreams, ensuring technical deliverables meet milestones and customer specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively; manage change control processes effectively.
- Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and progress reports to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including lessons learned, issue logs, and post-project reviews.
- Support a collaborative, remote-first working culture in line with post-COVID operational models.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience delivering product development projects in customer-facing environments.
- Strong track record of managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging directly with customers, suppliers, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Experience with both hardware and software project components is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., MS Project).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers.
- Interest or experience in software development is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU passport holder preferred).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\’s degree (e.g., BSc, BEng, BA) in a relevant field.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Agile, Scrum) strongly preferred.
