Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and commercial objectives. You will have a strong understanding of working within a B2B environment and be confident designing across print, digital, exhibitions, events, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate combines excellent creative skills with commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Brand Design
- Create compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency across all customer and internal-facing communications.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that support marketing and business goals.
- Print Design
- Design brochures, case studies, white papers, technical documents, reports, proposals and sales collateral.
- Prepare artwork for professional print production.
- Manage print specifications and work with external suppliers where required.
- Digital Design
- Create assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising and marketing automation platforms.
- Support the development of engaging digital campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Design content optimised for multiple digital channels and platforms.
- Events & Exhibition Design
- Design exhibition stands, large-format graphics, event branding, signage and promotional materials.
- Support the delivery of global industry events, trade shows and customer engagement activities.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure successful execution of event assets.
- Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with marketing, product, commercial and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance creative output and campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- Minimum 5 years' graphic design experience.
- Experience working within a B2B organisation or agency serving B2B clients.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across:
- Print design
- Digital design
- Event and exhibition graphics
- Corporate presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Strong PowerPoint design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Desirable
- Experience within technology, engineering, utilities, energy or industrial sectors.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of Figma and digital product design principles.
