This is a global HR operations role responsible for managing the administration behind the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding, compliance, employment documentation and people data. You'll play a critical role in ensuring every new hire is ready for day one, every employee record is accurate, and every process complies with local employment legislation and internal policies. You will design, coordinate, and deliver effective onboarding programmes that ensure new employees integrate quickly, safely and productively into our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people data, is detailed orientated, takes ownership and takes pride in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Global Onboarding
- Drive and Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees across multiple countries.
- Conduct induction sessions for all new starters, ensuring engaging, informative, and compliant delivery.
- Ensure all pre-employment activities are completed before start dates.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Manage new starter communications and onboarding schedules.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Support hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
- Continuously improve the new hire experience.
- Compliance & Background Screening
- Manage global pre-employment screening and background checks.
- Ensure right-to-work verification is completed in line with local legislation.
- Track employment documentation and compliance requirements.
- Monitor visa, work permit and employment eligibility documentation where applicable.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical screening.
- Ensure all mandatory documentation is received and securely stored.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Maintain GDPR and data privacy compliance across all HR activities.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
- Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, transfers and leavers.
- Prepare HR documentation and employee correspondence.
- Support payroll by ensuring employee data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain organisational structures and reporting lines within HR systems.
- HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain exceptional data quality across HR systems.
- Perform regular data audits and identify inconsistencies.
- Produce HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Analyse onboarding metrics and process performance.
- Monitor compliance KPIs and service levels.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
