Product Manager

Overview
Camlin Energy is a global technology leader focused on innovative products for the power and rail sectors. We are hiring a Product Manager to drive daily operations and product enablement, collaborating with stakeholders to validate and communicate new product features, monitor user experience, and support product trials.
Responsibilities
- Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document new features
- Support delivery of new features and perform acceptance testing with internal stakeholders
- Aid service support teams and lead incident response and management
- Engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practice
- Provide insights into product usage to identify features that could be improved or deprecated
- Proactively engage with service support teams to improve product supportability and implementation
- Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution with the sales team to configure the product for customers
- Follow complex project delivery, transition offers into delivery, and provide support to the Global Service Department team
Qualifications
- Experience as a product manager with a background in software engineering
- Delivering products to customers in the Energy sector (e.g., Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management)
- Experience with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms
- Technically minded with a passion for solving complex issues
- Customer focused and eager to learn what drives more value for customers
- Good communication skills and confident speaking to stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experience working with agile methodologies in a multi-team environment
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Deep interest in sustainability, green energy, and achieving net zero
