To support continued growth and success we are hiring a Product Manager to focus on daily operations and product enablement. Working with experienced colleagues, the successful candidate will validate and communicate new product features to both internal and external stakeholders, monitor user experience and facilitate adoption. You will also work collaboratively to identify new requirements and assist in the delivery of product improvements. The role will involve direct interaction with customers – supporting product trials and implementation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in defining and documenting new features
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support delivery of new features and perform acceptance testing
  • Aid the service support teams and lead incident response and management
  • Actively engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practice
  • Provide insights into product usage to help identify features that could be improved or deprecated
  • Proactively engage with service support teams to identify areas where product supportability and implementation can be improved
  • Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution working with the sales team to provide customers with the most effective configuration of the product
  • Follow the delivery of complex projects transitioning the offer into delivery providing support and instruction to the Global Service Department team

Essential

  • You have experience as a product manager, with a background in software engineering.
  • Experience delivering products to customers in the Energy sector (e.g. Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management)
  • Experience working with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms
  • You are technically minded, with a passion for solving complex issues
  • You are customer focused and eager to learn about what would drive more value for our customers
  • You have good communication skills and are comfortable and confident when speaking to stakeholders
  • You are proactive and can work independently

Desirable

  • Experience working with agile methodologies in multi-team environments
  • Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
  • A deep interest in sustainability, green energy and achieving net zero
