This is a global HR operations role responsible for managing the administration behind the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding, compliance, employment documentation and people data.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every new hire is ready for day one, every employee record is accurate, and every process complies with local employment legislation and internal policies.
You will design, coordinate, and deliver effective onboarding programmes that ensure new employees integrate quickly, safely and productively into our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people data, is detailed orientated, takes ownership and takes pride in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Global Onboarding Drive and Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees across multiple countries.
Conduct induction sessions for all new starters, ensuring engaging, informative, and compliant delivery.
Ensure all pre-employment activities are completed before start dates.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Manage new starter communications and onboarding schedules.
Monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues proactively.
Support hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
Continuously improve the new hire experience.
