The team:
Our team specializes in automated testing across various phases of product assembly. From low-level PCBA tests to intermediate stages and final End-Of-Line testing, our mission is to ensure the highest quality of our products through smart, reliable, and automated testing. We utilize internal test executive software, various test stations equipped according to the test scope, a global database with test results, data visualization and analysis tools, and a suite of drivers to control our equipment, ALL of which are continuously evolving to support new features and devices.
Responsibilities
- design and development of automated test procedures for new PCBAs (ICT, FCT, “bed of nails”) and functional test stations (e.g. calibrators, End-Of-Line)
- verification of requirements
- deployment and bring-up at the production line (remotely)
- development of our internal software tools
- test executive software (TestStand, LabVIEW, Python)
- database + test data viewer and analyser (SQL, Grafana)
- continuous improvements to our team’s internal solutions and processes
- maintaining and troubleshooting existing automated test systems, working closely with production line teams to root cause and address failures
- cooperation with team colleagues, electronic design engineers, applied engineering technicians, software developers and other teams to drive development of the test automation infrastructure
- other R&D tasks, depending on the actual business needs and your initiative!
- have a minimum of 3-year experience in a similar position
- proficiency in at least one of the following: TestStand, LabVIEW, Python (the more, the better – we use all of them)
- understand PCB schematics and know PCBA test techniques
- Note: in our team, we DO NOT design electronics, you need only to understand it
- know how to use test equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, data acquisition systems, etc.) and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements in a programmable, automated, and reliable manner
- be familiar with the basics of popular digital interfaces (SPI, I2C)
- have experience with automated PCBA testing using “bed of nails”
- speak fluent Polish and English

- know the basics of Linux commands
- know PCBA boundary-scan techniques (e.g. XJTAG)
- be able to perform simple manual reworks (e.g. soldering)
