We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with exceptional sourcing and executive search capability.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of corporate and technical positions, with a particular focus on attracting world-class Go-to-Market (GTM) talent including Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing, Commercial, Partnerships and Revenue Operations, alongside engineering, product, operations and leadership hiring.

Success in this role comes from your ability to identify talent before anyone else does, build genuine relationships and influence hiring decisions through data and market intelligence.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple global locations to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for every critical hire rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Identify, engage and convert passive candidates using advanced search techniques across Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Boolean search, talent communities, networking and referrals.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer negotiation.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
  • Advise hiring managers using market insights, salary benchmarking and competitor intelligence.
  • Create innovative sourcing campaigns for difficult-to-fill technical and commercial positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to increase awareness of Camlin within key talent markets.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve quality of hire, diversity, speed and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Continuously test new sourcing tools, AI technologies and automation to improve recruitment performance.
  • What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Significant experience recruiting within technology or software businesses.
  • Proven success in proactive headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience recruiting technical positions including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data and Product.
  • Advanced Linked In Recruiter sourcing capability.
  • Strong Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge hiring decisions where appropriate.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment capability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple international recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Highly Desirable
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA and North America.
  • Experience in Saa S, Energy Technology, Industrial Technology or AI businesses.
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing automation and AI recruitment tools.
