Purpose of the role
Were looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operatives, playing a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with modern equipment, develop valuable technical skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality products.
The day to day
- To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
- Produce products to the agreed specification by following processes
- Quality checking to ensure a quality product is knitted and delivered to the customer
- Maintain Stoll machines to in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth running operation and efficiency of the machine
- Ensure a smooth shift handover by attending daily meetings
- Change over machines to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing process
