You'll start by completing a Textile Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship , gaining hands-on experience within our Winding department while earning a recognised qualification.
After approximately 15 months , you'll progress onto the next stage of your development by undertaking an Engineering qualification , allowing you to build specialist technical skills and continue your journey towards becoming a highly skilled engineer within our manufacturing business.
